Terms of Service for KO 4 CASH

Welcome to KO 4 Cash! By using our website and purchasing tickets to participate in our contests, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

To compete in KO 4 Cash contests, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.

• Agree to all contest rules and regulations.

• Pay any required ticket fees before competing.

2. Ticket Sales and Payments

Tickets must be reserved and/or purchased through our website.

All ticket sales are final — no refunds will be provided unless a contest is canceled by KO 4 Cash.

Players must also pay any additional venue fees (if applicable) as clearly stated during the registration process.

3. Contest Rules

• Each participant receives a set number of punch attempts.

• Winners are determined by either absolute punching power or pound-for-pound (P4P) punching power (punch score divided by body weight).

• Contest rules and prize structures may be updated at any time and will be clearly communicated before each event.

4. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward others and event staff. KO 4 Cash reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior without refund.

5. Liability

By participating in a KO 4 Cash event, you acknowledge that physical contests carry inherent risks.

You agree to assume all risks associated with participation and release KO 4 Cash, its employees, and venue partners from any liability for injuries or damages.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, photos, videos) is owned by KO 4 Cash and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as necessary. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the website and participation in contests means you accept those changes.
